Staging Information

Entries for the parade are categorized and it is important that you are in the category you have registered for during the staging and judging process. Volunteers who have worked on the parade throughout the years, have learned the hard way, what works and what doesn't. Please check into the staging area for your category. Keep in mind, judging takes place at 12:30 PM, so please be on time.

Parade Route

Parade will commence at Cessna and Beech Boulevards, then commence West on Cessna onto Runway 5, then turn right onto Runway 5 to the end and disperse on Taxiway Lima.

NOTAM: Runway closed from 11:30 AM-3:00 PM
